More than 600 businesses are nestled along this tree-lined boulevard in the city's financial district.  When you need to refuel, open-air dining is available at several European-style restaurants along the avenue.

Adding to its distinction, The Shops on Lake, the districts new shopping area, features 27 nationally recognized shops and restaurants.  In the 1950s, South Lake Avenue gained fame as one of Southern California's most exclusive shopping areas. This district features working London-style phone booths that complement the areas predominately European style. Finally, the outdoor scenes for Beverly Hills Ninja were shot on Lake Avenue!
